EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE & THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

Emotional Intelligence & the Interview Process

Successfully navigating the interview process is so much more than just answering questions.  In today’s job market, hiring managers are looking for the “right fit” more than the “right answer.” The complex interview process can be intimidating when nerves and insecurities may be overshadowing your true persona. Attend this cutting-edge workshop and explore how everything from your body language, tone of voice, and even vocabulary can be used to demonstrate why you are the best fit for a position. Come prepared to role play and provide feedback to others as we collaboratively break down the walls of self-doubt and build emotionally intelligent habits that encourage each of us to be our authentic selves.
